FQPL 3 – First Grade & U23’s
At Tweed United Football Club, our Senior Men’s soccer program represents the highest level of competition within the club, competing in the Football Queensland Premier League 3 (FQPL 3) South Coast competition. With both First Grade and Under 23’s squads, the program provides a strong pathway for ambitious local players to develop and compete in a high-performance environment.
Following promotion into FQPL 3 in 2023, the club has continued to build a competitive and respected senior program under the leadership of Head Coach Billy Lockley. The squad combines experienced senior players with emerging talent progressing through the club’s junior pathways, reinforcing Tweed United’s long-standing commitment to player development and community connection.
Competing across the South Coast region from Kingscliff through to Pimpama, our program focuses on quality football, strong club culture and long-term player growth both on and off the field.
Metro Men’s
Our Metro Men’s program provides a competitive and community-driven environment for senior players across multiple divisions within the Football Queensland Southern Metro competition.
Currently fielding two teams across divisions ranging from Metro 1 through to Metro 5, the program caters to players of varying experience and ambitions while maintaining a strong emphasis on club culture, enjoyment and development. Played in a midweek competition format, the Metro program continues to attract a mix of long-standing club members, returning players and emerging juniors transitioning into senior football.
The program plays an important role in strengthening the club’s senior pathway and fostering lifelong involvement within the Tweed United community.
